Sandi received her CFP certification in 2004. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Office and Family Owned Business consulting, estate Planning, investment advisement and philanthropic/legacy consulting.

Sandi is a kind and understanding individual who immerses herself into her clients lives so she can effectively advise and plan in accordance with a family’s goals and values. Her competence and non-judgmental attitude allows her to become a trusted advisor to all branches of a family.

DAVID C LEHMANN

Founding Member

David brings decades of accounting, tax and financial planning experience with multiple generations of clients to the team. His hands-on approach ensures the consistency and quality of our services. He earned his CPA designation in 1993 and his CFP certification in 2003.

David is a warm and patient individual who is intent on gaining insight into his clients needs, values and goals to provide quality accounting, tax, and planning services in a comprehensive and value driven way. He is a dedicated and open minded leader who guides our team to provide top notch services and keeps up with the ever changing technology advances in our field.

LISA A GOODWIN

Client Accounting and Payroll Specialist

Lisa is a certified Quickbooks advisor. Lisa provides the bookkeeping, accounting and QuickBooks support to many of our clients. In addition to assisting clients with their bookkeeping needs throughout the year, she prepares quarterly and year-end financial statements, quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns, individual and business income tax returns. She also manages all of the live and after-the-fact payroll for our clients.

Lisa is competent, respectful, and easygoing. Working with her is a smooth experience of careful reporting and hand-holding.

CAROL ANNE FRANTZ

Office Manager

Carol Anne has more than two decades of experience in office management and bookkeeping. She provides extensive support to our bookkeeping, payroll, and billing teams. She also has experience with individual income tax return preparation and real estate management.

Carol Anne is the pleasant voice you speak with on the phone or when you enter the office. She has a friendly relationship with many of our clients and goes above and beyond to accommodate client needs and requests. She is also a licensed notary.

Shoshana S Weinberger

CPA

Staff Accountant

Shoshana received her CPA designation in 2022. Shoshana prepares income tax returns and financial reports for both individuals and businesses. She is an integral team member for all the multi-family office financial and tax services. She is heavily involved in the backend of the budgeting and tracking for families.

Shoshana is unfazed by new concepts, changing trends, and technological progress. She uses her technical knowhow to efficiently prepare documents and reports.

Miriam Y Lipsky

CPA

Member, Tax Specialist

Miriam graduated summa cum laude from University of Baltimore in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration and a concentration in accounting. Miriam earned her CPA designation in 2015 shortly after joining the firm. She continues to upgrade her knowledge of tax law by attending annual conferences and seminars.

Miriam is goal oriented, thorough, and dependable. Her focused approach ensures that details are attended to. Miriam is a clear communicator who effectively manages projects to their conclusions.

Miriam prepares income tax returns and financial statements for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and foundations. She develops tax projections to assist with tax compliance, budgeting, and financial planning goals. In addition, Miriam has experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and many state taxing authorities.

ATARA MILLER

CPA

Member, Tax Specialist

Atara earned her CPA in 2013 and has been a team member since she was an intern at the firm in 2009. She has extensive experience in Individual, business, and fiduciary accounting and tax preparation, financial statement compilation, as well as real estate investment reporting. Atara guides her clients through the tax and planning process with skill, patience, and a sense of humor. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client centered mindset make her a valued team member to both The Family Financial Group and her clients alike.
